This is a Tattoo Request Form. It does not guarantee your project will be taken on. A typical response is within 2-3 weeks* on projects that will be booked.
Booked appointments may be up to 3 months out from initial consult process. For earlier openings, be sure to follow on Instagram.
Day of drawing time included in hourly rate, if needed
All booked appointments do require a deposit.
- All deposits are redeemed after the final session of a tattoo.
- Larger pieces require larger deposits and can not be used prior to finishing the project.
Larger pieces must be able to be finished in a year’s time. Since I am forever evolving and growing, I do not wish to take on big pieces without serious thought from client in cost and time that will be dedicated.
